One day she (quite literally) runs into Mali, a girl with magical powers granted to her by the creature known as Kyubey. Mali is in search of something that was taken from her mother, and she's hot on the trail. The assumed culprit is Reki; another magical girl who has taken up residence in the very city Midori moved into, along with another powerful magical girl named Runa who owned the territory before any of them. When another territory-hungry magical girl comes into play, Reki and Runa must protect their turf, no matter the cost. Will Midori be able to keep the peace? What perils will the girls find themselves in?
