A few times- or at least once in your life, you'll find yourself in a situation where a certain someone catches your eye- yet, you never seem to catch theirs. Your adoration grows in silence, invisible to that significant individual. As cliché as it sounds, Louis Tomlinson has been in this frustrating position for three years, and now he's 3 months away from kissing high school goodbye. Though high school is almost coming to an end, his feelings for a certain guy hasn't gone away since freshmen year. Other than the occasional "Hi", the two never really crossed paths often. But as fate would have it, one day right out of the blue, Louis is given an opportunity that could finally lead him in the right direction for the shot at love he has wanted for so long. *NOTE: This was created in 2012-2013 so be prepared for very cringey references, old puns, etc. Hope you still enjoy this story otherwise!

Louis takes a breath, finally glancing over to see the boy wide-eyed and pink-cheeked. On a whim, he adds, "And like, I noticed you scraping it off and you haven't been wearing any and I think you should because that's what you like." or an au where harry paints his nails and drinks strawberry milk and is too nervous for it to be nothing and louis' just trying to figure out whats wrong with him.

Louis knows about beauty; the combination of qualities that pleases the aesthetic senses. He creates that combination every day in the garments he designs while studying fashion at uni. The cut of the design, the color of the fabric, the intricacy of the stitching; it all comes together to create something beautiful. When the science student with the long legs and dimpled smile agrees to model for him, Louis decides he's found beauty personified. Harry just thinks Louis needs someone to show him how beautiful he is. (please keep in mind that this has not been edited as I am just posting it over here for the people who asked for it)
