"Just like me, they long to be, close to you." (y/n) lives a normal life-a struggling student whose only worry is how to earn enough money for her to get by everyday. Purely mundane. That is before those jade-like eyes lured her into the lynx's trap, reliving those she had burried deep within her. Pairing: Ash Lynx / Aslan Jade Callenreese X Reader Disclaimer: I do not own Banana Fish, this is all for entertainment purposes (and because of the author's love for the blond man). This follows the storyline of Banana Fish but there are scenes altered for the sake of the plot.

Everything is now over and everything will be back to normal. That should go for all who suffered the long time of war and pain, wins and losses, gains and loses. But Eiji is an exception. It's now time to return to his homeland, Japan. He feels a void in his heart as he boards the plane and he knows very well what can fill that void. It's that person he shared all his pains with. The only person he can't bear to lose, the only person he desires to see before he leaves. But he can't turn back now. He's made up his mind and he knows what he's doing is for the best. "Eiji." A voice rings in his ears. He knows that voice. He knows who called him and he listens to it. "I'm sorry Ibe-san but I'm going down." He doesn't want to leave and regret this for the rest of his life. He needs to see Ash right now. He needs to be with him. So he makes a decision and takes the risk. But, did he make the right choice? Or did he make a choice that will make him want to reset time and wish he never went off the plane?
