Izuku Midoriya never actually intended on becoming a vigilante, it just sort of happened. He stayed out late to avoid his mother at night, and got to know pro hero Eraserhead as a result. He was seen in clinics and orphanages numerous times and has earned the confidence of civilians. Some people thought him higher than heroes, even being defended by his supporters in a one-off clash with heroes. It is fact that no-one could find the vigilante, but he whould find them. He wasn't any 'Symbol of Peace', but he could strike fear into villains like a kick to the face. And that's just how he fights. Surprise is a tool to be used without hesitation, with an unknown quirk, that's all he does. Be underestimated. How will heroes arrest him when he's targeted by villains?
