*COMPLETED* 1st Place WINNER of The Creative Awards 2019 "Fan-Fiction" Category "...Because when you remove all the curtains and rituals ... Only skeleton bones remain." For years, Clancy's world only existed inside the strong, dull walls of Dema. It isn't until his 22nd year that he learns of the horrors committed within the city he serves and the dark secrets behind the law of Vialism. Feeling betrayed and seeking understanding, the fearful, timid servant joins a gang of rebels, known as the Banditos, to bravely seek the truth that's been hidden from him. Yet his journey only grows more complicated, as factional lines aren't always black and white. As Clancy learns more about a mysterious traveler named Tyler, who is torn between the two worlds, he finds himself in the middle of an impending war.
