It's been nearly a year since Twenty One Pilots has stopped touring because of Josh's "mental issue." Tyler decided to stop until Josh gets better and calms down enough to start back up again. Polaris is best known as the North Star, used to help sailors find their way home when stranded in the ocean. Not only sailors may benefit from its guidance. Lost souls who are weary use the star by wishing upon it, and sometimes, that wish is granted. Tyler Joseph wishes he could be his old self again; vibrant and full of life. He's tired of hiding from the world that stole his innocence and trust. A comet crashes to Earth, landing in Tyler's backyard. Inhabiting it is Tyler's saving grace. Josh wishes to control his anger. He doesn't want to end up like his father. He knows he can be better. He lies awake and wonders if his wish will be granted as well.

Tyler always takes risks when he climbs, but one time during Car Radio, he falls. Physically, he'll be okay, but for some reason, he wakes up thinking that he's actually Blurryface--and he wants Tyler dead.

One band: twenty one pilots, two musicians: a drummer and a singer, one bond: a friendship, one accident: and so it all began. Tyler and Josh are best friends. They're in a band together, performing is in their blood. That all ends way too soon when Tyler has an accident and gets amnesia; barely remembering his own name, he forgets everyone, including his lifetime best friend: Josh. Despite not being remembered, Josh takes care of him and assures his well being all throughout his recovery while trying to bring his memories back. He walks around the house blasting twenty one pilots and singing along while casually putting on their favourite tv series and/or anything that may trigger his memories. Josh's ultimate goal is to gain his friendship back with Tyler, even if that means jeopardizing everything, including their music career.
