Self Harm is an addiction. An eating disorder is a constant demon in your mind. Depression is something you don't just 'move on' from, it's constantly there. Having to fight the constant triggers around him, Niall Horan is slowly lapsing back into his depression. The strong urges are constantly there, and even having a boyfriend as perfect as Zayn Malik doesn't seem to be helping.
