This is a story based on the anime Assassination Classroom, both season 1 and season 2. As the title states, this is an x reader which means that the protagonist of this story is none other than you. In this story you used to be an assassin before your 'big brother', whom you left Britain to live with in Tokyo, got taken away (your big brother is the original 'Reaper' but you're not blood related, just very close), after this, you developed insomnia and a slight twitch which meant you couldn't focus on your studies in your new school, Kunugigaoka. As you couldn't focus in your studies, you got sent to E class; the end class, the class of failures, the class of delinquents... but a certain red head catches your eye.

You are a professional assassin that goes by the title Black Assassin. Your codename is Shadow, because of your black cloak and the fact that you can slip in undetected and escape just as silently. The reason you're so good at this? Well you are able to turn into a literal shadow. You come to class 3-E to investigate reports of a yellow octopus that can go mach twenty. What happens when said octopus forces you to be apart of the class? And what happens when you form a strong bond with Karma Akabane?

It was a forbidden love. You were Kunugigaoka's school idol, had one of the highest grades, and your fiancé was Gakushu Asano. While Karma Akabane, in short, was a delinquent and known to be violent. The two of you were an unlikely couple. Did you care? No, you didn't, and neither did Karma. Once you were sent to class 3-E and met Karma with everyone else, the future you thought was dull and colorless started to disappear. The journey itself however, will not be easy.
