The Autobots find a mysterious rock that causes their Groundbridge to change, half of the team is forced through and end up in Ninjago. Meanwhile, the remainder of the team is stuck in Crown City as the Groundbridge has blown up, and they don't have the means to fix it. Both halves of the team must work to bring their missing friends back home, and must defeat a dangerous foe in the process. Will they make it out alive?
