What if Katniss never volunteered for Prim? What would her story be like? Most likely, she would have been killed by one of the career tributes. But what if the odds really are in her favor? Read Prim's story, as she is picked for the 74th annual Hunger Games to fight to the death. This is a fan-fiction story based on the novel "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. *Disclaimer: I do not own any rights to the characters, ideas, plot, dialogue, and whatsoever. "And now we honour our fiftieth anniversary. As a reminder that two rebels died for each Capitol citizen, every district will be required to send twice as many tributes." Melia Cressview. Ember Cressview. Bailey Birling. Haymitch Abernathy. All from District 12. All from the Seam. All in the Hunger Games. They all see it as a death sentence. Who wouldn't? Being forced, along with forty-four other boys and girls, to fight to the death in a horrific live television event. They each have their own qualities that could help or harm their chances of survival in the arena. But what they all have in common is a steely determination that will see them through the Games as far as they can get. They won't give up. They won't be picked on. They're strong, and they'll do everything in their power to survive, no matter the odds. Highest Rank: ~#774 in Action (being an idiot, I forgot to write it down.)

This is The Hunger Games from Clove's point of view. Clove volunteers to be a part of the 74th Hunger Games, she's been training ever since she was a kid, but things don't go according to what she plans. A major twist happens, something Clove never thought would happen. Clove makes decisions she never thought she'd make. The strangest alliances are formed. Will Clove win the 74th Hunger Games? Will everything actually go according to her plan? So, this story isn't actually following The Hunger Games. It also follows more of the movie rather than the book. The death orders are different, different things happen and I have changed the story. It's not only from Clove's POV, but it is different from the real Hunger Games. Hope you enjoy the twists :)

When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever. This Quarter Quell promises to be the worst Games since the rebellion. This story is being entered in the 2015 Wattys! Comment and vote and read please!
