The boy he apparently lives right across from, and by the feeling of Tsuna's flames, Yusei had arrived a month or so after Nono has sealed Tusna's Flames. Yusei has H.I. as well. And no he's not related to Vongola, trust me, he checked. Oh did I forget to metion that their flames are the same, and that Yusei can apparently sincronise with other sky's thanks to lab experiments. So after organizing his memories, and going out for fresh air, he meets Tusna. With the personality of his old life, desides to friend Tsuna and help him out.
