One night, Ben realises something incredible and didn't want to tell Jyn, Jyn however found out herself by Gunnar in a vision that she was the Chosen Phoenix. Later in the story Jyn orders the Phoenix's Stone to take her and Ben to the core of the Earth, where the Phoenix's Sword is. But the Stone led them to Dormant Village instead. It seemed that it had been attacked, and there was nothing left but ruins and dead bodies of brave souls. Jyn realises that one of those bodies were her parents', Emilie and Lucas Lesley. They were lying side by side. Devastate and mad, Jyn runs far away from Ben. Ben follows her in secret and apologises. Jyn accepts his apology, but both of them were later captured by King Asuss once again, leaving Leckeo, who has followed Jyn all along, alone in the Forbidden Forest...
