A wings of fire fan fiction about the ship, Qinter. *slow updates* A sand coloured dragon sat at the window staring out at the golden horizon. He would be attending Jade Mountain Academy, things would change wether or not Qibli wanted them to. Maybe they would change for a good reason, maybe it won't be so bad, maybe, just maybe.. Winter had never pleased his parents, in fact he was quite the disappointment. The plan was, to send him away to school, where he wouldn't be embarrassing his family. Winter definitely did not want to go, Icewings are the most superior of all the tribes, plus he was royalty, he should get a choice! Why should he have to share the same air as the other tribes!? QINTER FANFICTION "Excuse you!?" the other yelled, way too loud for Qibli's liking. "S-sorry!" he stuttered. "Do you know who I am?!" Qibli shook his head. "I AM THE THE NEFEW OF QUEEN GLACIER, THE HEIR TO THE ICEWING THRONE!!" 'Jeez this guy is loud!' He thought. Qibli stared into his eyes for a moment. "Uhh.. sorry.. your majesty..?" the large blue dragon scoffed and stomped off into the cave yawning before the two of them. 'Great. He ALREADY hates me.. one down, I guess..' Qibli thought glumly as he walked into the cave, his tail slithering against the cold stone, his wings drooping to the floor, and his head hung low by his talons. "I knew I would never fit in.."

Qibli was busy in the Sand Kingdom, after the whole fiasco with the prophesy, Darkstalker and saving the world, he needed something productive to spend his time doing, but every night he found himself thinking about one dragon: Winter. He wasn't even sure why his mind always wandered to questions like "What is he doing right now?" "What is he thinking?" and most importantly "What does he think about me? "Whenever his mind wandered to these questions he wanted to bury him self under the biggest dune in the dessert, for he new that it was ridiculous to think that the ex. prince on the Icewings (Who should have no problems getting a girl) would possibly have feelings for a scrappy Sandwing from the Scorpion Den. That would be insane Qibli told himself, but deep down he knew that he had feelings for Winter that coulden't be squashed by force, and much less by logic. Either way he had a job to; protect Queen Thorn and he couldn't just walk away from that. Right? The characters in this story don't belong to me they belong to Tui T.
