What will happen to the two of them on a chance encounter?

Shinra is a 3rd year high school student that has a superhuman-strenght that was inherited to him. On his journey, he met with Tamaki Kotatsu who was beautiful and cute. Then there was an enemy special force tried to capture Shinra and his brother. Will he survived? Will he be using his true power to fight back? Will he be having a happy ending?
