Blake is a simple girl, leading a fairly normal life, working at a cafe. But she has a few problems of her own but one day she had to deal with an injured vampire that appeared in her backyard. With a vampire at her tail, will Blake ever live a normal life like she always wanted....?

~SET IN THE MODERN WORLD~ "I see someone has a specific taste in significant others," Yang said. "And what do you mean by that?" Blake asked. "What I mean by that is," Yang got close to Blake that their noses and foreheads were touching, "you like people with a fiery soul. And you're in luck, Blakey." Meeting on the first day of Beacon, Blake and Yang met on the bus heading to school, which was awkward itself. After trying to start up a conversation with Blake, Yang finds out there was no way she could reach out to her without mentioning a book of some sort. Finally getting her to break out of her shell, Yang develops feelings for Blake. When Yang thought everything was going well for her, she finds out Blake was already in a relationship. Torn by grief, Yang does the only thing she knows how to do: be a guardian for Blake, until feelings come to Yang.

Blake's Father goes missing after leaving to look for a gift for his daughter, food, and just exploring for anything that could help his family. When he doesn't return, Blake gets worried and goes out to look for him. She finds a scarf she made him outside of a huge castle that looks like its been abandoned. She enters the castle and finds her father, and someone else.....

"Now come on, what could possibly be in there that you don't already know about anyways?" After Yang's life comes crashing down when a freak earthquake destroys both her home and left arm, she finds that only one box miraculously survived the tragedy. Upon opening the box, she and her step-sister learn that there was a small farm house that was passed down to their Uncle Qrow, but the letter had never been opened by him. Taking a risk, Yang and Ruby decide to set off for the farm house and start new lives near the small town of Apis Mellifera, a small town kept in shape by the Belladonna family. When Yang sneaks off from a party to follow a mysterious black-haired girl, what would come of her new life in the small town? This was started way back in 2019 and initially "completed" in 2021, but I recently re-read it and saw a lot of errors and saw a very rushed ending so I actually for real finished it now!
