Summer has finally rolled round again, and Luca , now fourteen, is excited to see his friend , Alberto , ready to live freely with their sea monster identities out in the open. But what happens when he realises that things aren't all as they seem in this town? A new foe appears before the two, and their sole purpose is to rid Portorosso of the two sea monster boys who had found their home there, and anyone who got in their way. Along with this newfound foe, they have many situations thrown their way. How will Luca and Alberto work their way through these obstacles while also figuring out their own feelings?
