After Infinite and Doctor Eggman are defeated, all that's left for the Resistance is cleaning up the remainder of the Empire's forces, though much of the Resistance has gone their own ways. When (Y/n) runs into a bit of trouble on the outskirts of the Mystic Jungle, she receives help from an unlikely source. Even when the war is over and most of the world comes together to rebuild, there will always be those who seek to take advantage of the world's weakness. And some are more dangerous than others.

(This is a Sonic Forces Fan-fiction. I don't own Sonic) This will contain spoilers for both the Sonic Forces game and Episode Shadow. So, I would recommend playing the game before reading. Also, unlike normal Sonic, this will contain blood and light swearing. This will also involve serious topics, such as; Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Mutism, some suggestive topics, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Under some editing, so updates may be slow.
