Follow my Instagram for any updates and if you have any questions: @nikki_k123 Alex has been living the same life, with the same routine, repeating it every day. Every day is the same. The one thing she does look forward to is going to cafe de l'amour every morning on her way to school, where she sits and writes, all while seeing Carter Reed. The most popular boy at school who, surprisingly, prefers the solitary life. They go to the same cafe every day, sit at the same tables every day, and notice each other every day, yet are strangers who have never uttered a word to one another. And strangers they shall remain. Perfect strangers. But that's about to change. . . . . . I watched as he kept his eyes trained on the notebook in front of him where he aimlessly drew spirals and coils that surrounded each other, trapped each other, and suffocated each other. My eyes traced the movement of his pen, following each line he drew onto the paper. "Your tea." I snapped out of my trance and looked up, thanking Katy before she went back to the counter. I turned back and caught him looking at me. I expected him to look away and continue acting like I don't exist. Like he's always done and so have I. What I didn't expect was for him to walk right over and sit with me. "Hi, I'm Carter." PSA: This story is inspired by the Wattpad novel 'Caffeine' by @meddlingkids ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

I kept twitching and rolling over in my sleep. I kicked the blankets off so that the cool wind from the window could dry up the sweat that had pooled around all over my neck. The faint smell of the rusty old patches that crept over the dirty, stained wall behind me was more haunting than the scarred face I kept encountering in my recurring nightmare. I took a mental note to never take the sleeper class again but at the same time, the journey was so long that sleeping it off seemed the best option. I popped another pill for my motion sickness and looked down at my bunk buddy below me. Calling him buddy would be a very unfitting call for him. It was like calling a shark a sea-horse. From the hoodie that masked his face to the tattered grey faded clothes that cleverly hid his stiff form- I couldnt even tell the colour of his hair... or if he had any hair at all. I occasionally got hipster vibes from the way he played the strings of his guitar yet I would be so distracted by how attractive his fingers were that his eerie music didn't bother me at all ( I didn't know I had a thing for hands until now). From the moment he stepped into the compartment where we were supposed to share a room, there were no words exchanged except for a 'hi' I had directed to him and a cold 'hello' that sent chills down my back. I peered down at the empty bunk bed below me. Where'd he go? My eyes searched through the room even though I knew he had camouflaged easily with the darkness. I pulled the blanket over my head so that I didn't spook myself any further.... until.... just like any horror cliche would tell you... ~Something touched my leg. ************************************************************************** A "horror"ific experience with a sprinkle of romance and smexy Warning: Strong sexual content, imagery and dark fluff. @cLusterxxx
