This book is nothing but, yet another tale narrating the love between two souls, so different from each other. Arjun and Subhadra, two people who fall in love with each other, behold the saga of their love, respect and trust.

What could it have been like for Subhadra when she discovered the love of her life, Arjuna himself, was living incognito under her care for four months and revealed himself before her with a bang? How would she have felt? What reaction would she have given? Romance really isn't given a huge priority in the epic and the same applied to the profound workings of Subhadra's heart and mind. So I wanted to take on it in my own way and write the episode through her eyes.

On a rainy morning, after a sleepless night, Subhadra decides to pen her thoughts.

Out of the many intriguing characters peopling the Mahabharata, Subhadra is like a shooting star, with a short presence that is nonetheless impactful and a joy to behold. Here I reimagine how this sweet, benevolent and gracious princess' life might have been like.

Its a story based on the mahabharata hero Arjuna and his favourite wife, the sister of Shree Krishna, Subhadra, mother of abhimanyu. Its the story of the abduction of Subhadra, done by Arjuna as he falls in love with her..and Krishna gives his blessing to this match as well. Its written from the point of view of the hero himself, however I have made both as modern as possible.
