Hate was deeply buried into his eyes-- and you know what Nyx did? Out of all the options she has? The options of walking away. To hitting him back. To fighting or yelling or make a scene or arguing over this pitiful arrangement. To just let him win. To give up. Well, it wasn't any of those. No, she took a step closer, looked him right in the eye and winked. "Oh," She said. "You can do better than that." *** There are some heartbreaks in life that are a universal pain. Like the inevitable chance that you'll fall and rip the skin off your knees open, rejection, your first breakup, friends growing apart, siblings moving away, losing a loved one, your first fight. Nyx Red was a shattered soul with a good heart; and no one warned her about a whole other kind of heartbreak. One she couldn't have prevented but should've seen coming. Because of a traumatic event that happened when she was sixteen, Nyx believes that her life is meaningless, that nothing could save her. Besides her infamous reputation, Nyx is called and seen as the ghost girl. She feels all alone most days. She feels like the weight of her life is a bomb that's going off too slowly. But then her town's own personal Devil with a reputation worse than her father's him accompany him is determined to prove her wrong. Damien D'Silvetta has a messed up life. From horrible things at a young age, to a missing best friend, to dealing with bullies at his school his list of problems just keeps growing. And, newly added, one Nyx Red is at the top of that list. Highest Ranking #1 in Innocence 09/16/18 Her heart was pure, His-, not soo much. He was filled with hatred, Until he saw her that night. He heard her screams, her cries for help. He was going to leave her to die. Until he saw her eyes. Her beautiful grey eyes held so many emotions. Fear being the most obvious. He saw her innocence and that's what ticked him off. He knew then and there that she was his, untill death did them part. 》《Mature/sexual content, strong language》《 * REALLY SHITTY READ AT YOUR OWN* RISK*

At the young age of twelve, Riley Summers witnessed the murder of her mother. With her father not even in the picture, she struggles to fight against the haunting nightmares that never cease to leave her alone. Jane, along with her husband, took in the orphan and loved her as their own. Riley still had a family, but it's not the same without the comfort of her mother. When the notorious bad boy, notices her, but not for beauty, he makes it his mission to take a peak through her walls and possibly completely break them down. What he doesn't notice is that he left a small window open for Riley to also climb in. But another situation forces itself onto her. Out of the blue, she starts receiving anonymous notes. Will she cope with all of this in her life? ______________________________ This book is cliché, yet not so cliché at the same time. Expect some twists.
