【ＣＯＭＰＬＥＴＥＤ】 When a friend is deep in depression, words often aren't enough to pull them out. But, words can offer hope, remind someone it's OK to speak up and help make sure nobody feels like they're completely alone. The pain of being judged and misunderstood is so strong that they will avoid the people in their lives, avoid sharing their feelings and pretend that everything is fine when in reality their pain grows as they continue to suffer in silence.they are not alone in the struggle, even though it might feel that way.
