Living in a world where most people followed behind the philosophy of everyone for themselves, Jung Wooyoung struggles to make ends meet as well as conform under harsh scrutiny of the royal guards in power. His mother had always told him his kindness would stab him in the back one day, but he didn't expect it to lead to him being chased across the port by a guard after his head. He also didn't expect to find himself under the harsh winds of black sails on the one pirate ship whose name brought fear across the eastern seas- especially with said guard glaring at him through the gaps of the cell wall that separated them. - Hongjoong has no time between his journey in finding the hidden treasure of Eden, and dealing with his chaotic crew's antics, for two stowaways to come crashing onto his ship. Wooyoung prefers keeping to himself over putting himself out there, a trait he's carried through his school years. Another thing that defines him is his nerdiness, specifically his love of writing. And he writes fanfictions. His classmates aren't the most understanding, but the worst is by far San, who's made it his personal mission to make Wooyoung's life miserable. The saddest part is they used to be friends, and Wooyoung isn't sure if they can ever get to that point again. San has a secret. One he hides from his classmates and his friends alike. He religiously follows a fanfiction writer named BangtanBadBoi. He loves the authors stories. He even gets to know a bit about the guy as he writes. And after this story he could possibly be done for good. And San isn't sure what to do with that information. Wooyoung and San always thought they were so different from each other. The voice causes Wooyoung to freeze, and of course it's after the sound of it reaches him that he realizes the scent of milk chocolate and sea salt enveloping his senses, causing a weight of dread to settle within him. Slowly, he looks down to meet glittering brown eyes shining with wariness and curiosity back up at him. An awkward silence fills the space between them. "I understand that this may look rather suspicious." Wooyoung began, laughing nervously as he tightens his grip around the thick vine. Prince Choi San simply quirks an eyebrow up, head tilting as he observed the panicking Omega. "Quite." - All Jung Wooyoung wanted to do was spend his Christmas drinking hot chocolate by the fire and drawing.
