Hitoshi Shinso, the adopted son of Present Mic and Eraserhead, earns his way into class 1-A. As the teachers intended, he meets Denki Kaminari during his first day of class. It's summer vacation. Hitoshi Shinso is staying with Denki Kaminari all summer, due to his un-ideal situation involving housing.
