Marinette was incredibly excited for her seventeenth birthday. She was hoping her mark would link her to Adrien. When she saw her mark, she was shocked. This story takes place one month after the season 3 finale of Miraculous Ladybug. Hawkmoth kidnaps Mari and demands for the miraculous box. With Tikki's life on the line, Mari must make a choice that will affect her or her friends. Meanwhile, Mari's friends are trying to find her on their own, but they don't know that the worst is yet to come.
