When Aunt May dies, Peter is adopted by Tony Stark. However, anywhere Peter goes his friends (AKA the Ultimates) follow. Unfortunately for them Fury has decided they need to do a mission together with the Avengers. It also doesn't help Tony is trying to find out Spider-Man and the other Ultimates' identities.
