There facing someone with unspeakably huge amount of power and intellect, sending chills down spine of anyone who dares to cross paths with him. Even allied power of Armed Detective Agency alongside with Port Mafia weren't capable of stopping this threat yet. To stop this madness, it'll take more than just Mafia and Agency alone. But there are few people who could manage to turn the tables if everything went well.
