When a new girl moves to the valley, the sandlot boys are far from wanting her on their team. I mean, she is a GIRL after all. Eventually, she finally becomes part of their group, and is forced to choose between two baseball players who just so happen to take an interest in her.

The Sandlot 2 story is told with a little twist. Takes place in modern day from the perspective of Michelle "Mel" Howarth, David's best friend. Join Mel, David, Hailey, and the rest of the gang on a summer filled with drama, love, and baseball.

Amanda Goodfairer was not happy about her family's move from Tennessee to the Valley in California. She sucked at making friends, mostly because she was good at baseball, and didn't do very girly things. All the guys were interested in her because she was different. So when she comes off as stubborn and closed off, the guys avoid her unless their boys like Singleton, cocky, rude and full of himself. Luckily, Hayley and Amanda's best friends move with them to the Valley, and their not alone, they are on the same select Baseball team and are very close. But like with everyone Amanda is closed off from them as well. Not showing how she really feels and just going with what makes others happy. So when she meets David Durango and the rest of his friends, she instantly doesn't like them. She and David fight all the time and although both were oblivious to it. David was slowly cracking down Amanda's walls. When Johnny accidentally shoots off her dads rocket, she knows that she will be blamed like always, she breaks off from the rest of the group and works endlessly to get the rocket back. After her sister and the rest of the group find her on the ground in the sandlot, with tear stained cheeks, they try to get her to open up to them but nothing will work. So Jenny and Penny get an idea... Have David break down her walls for good.

Mila is Hayley Goodfare's sister or more importantly twin, Hayley doesn't end up with David btw.

C/n's are character notes, they will explain about the character (last name, family, age, hobbies, ect), the setting (where, when, who, ect), and some added characters for the chapters.
