The Greeks were very lenient in their ways. The only line they knew must not ever be crossed was to clash with the Gods, who are prideful in every way known to man. The tale of Queen Niobe should've been adequate proof of that. But the Gods also crave love, and they share man's desire to own beautiful things. That is probably why Melantriche found herself in her current predicament.

*unedited* Greek gods and goddesses; that's all just mythology, right? That's exactly what Amara Faye thought before she was greeted by Ares, the Greek god of war. When the sword of Ares, the Greek god of War, is stolen, Ares himself is determined to search every end of the human realm to find it. But what he does not expect is to detect its strong energy source within a beautiful young woman, named Amara Faye. Thus, an adventure begins. Their quest to find his missing sword and its mysterious connection to Amara is not as simple as it would seem. Ares is not the only one who can detect the power that Amara harnesses. With power hungry demons, jealous goddesses, conniving immortal half-siblings, not to mention a pair of matchmaking old ladies, a fake marriage, and an earth-shattering kiss their journey is anything but ordinary. *************************************************************************** COPYRIGHT. The oracle gripped her hair and slowly tore it open through its tangles. Her clouded eyes met Zeus's lightening blue ones. She spoke In a rattled voice, "I've foreseen a future with the coming of not a god, but a new Titan hidden from the mortal and god's eyes. Preserved since the beginning, older than time. The Titan resides unawakened In a floating island of ice, touching the surface of the ocean. A frozen cavern of turns and daggers." Her voice carried through the room, slowly meeting Zeus. Zeus sat at his throne unbothered but thinking. He raked through his mind if the prophecy was even possible. Of course it was worth considering, but he still felt doubt over such a bold statement, a bold prophecy. Zeus sighed, annoyed by the vagueness of the oracle. One of the many things that irritated Zeus was vagueness. He didn't understand why Oracles couldn't just be straight forward and speak their truth without any riddles. "Is this being awakened yet?" Asked Zeus. The oracle didn't speak, she simply stood still unmoving. Apollo swallowed hard and stepped forward, ready to answer his father. "Father, the oracle speaks in a way that implies the being hasn't woken yet." He explained, his eyes searching his father's for a sign of reassurance. "But I assume it's close to awakening." Added Zeus. Zeus took a deep sigh, unable to come up with a conclusion as to wether the oracle spoke truths or riddled words with different meanings. Zeus honestly couldn't be bothered, a large part of him rejected the idea of a new unawakened Titan still around, a Titan of his father's generation to say the least. "It sounds like an issue for Poseidon." Groaned Zeus.

|Book 1 of the Novum Series| "Apart, they were lethal. Together, they were indestructible." Lost in the human world, the only way Greek God Hermes can reach home is with the help of an unlikely guide: Asta; human, Eta, imperfect. In a reality where Grecian power has reached its peak after the destructive end of World War VI and the world has been divided into seven parts, the Eta region is the poorest. Yet when Hermes finds himself in Eta with no guide to reach home, he has to push down his pride and ask an Eta for help. And that Eta happened to be Asta, a fiercely enigmatic woman that is hell bent on breaking all his beliefs and all that he knows about the world. And yet as the hours of time lengthen their vague companionship, Hermes is quick to realise that something is very wrong with everything. And maybe, just maybe, Asta was the answer to every single one of his questions. All rights reserved. Completed ✅

This is an Apollo x female oc story. Aria is servant to the Greek god of music, prophecy, archery, the sun, medicine and selfishness. They meet when Zeus adopted the little wizard after her family dies as a child of all the gods. But even as a 'child of all the gods', Zeus wanted some use to be made of the little girl and made her Apollo's servant. if you have read Percy Jackson, then good, because Aria becomes his sister. Also, make sure you've read the Trials of Apollo series. They don't realise they love each other until it's too late. ------------------ Cover is not mine, credit to the artist. I do not own anything in this book except Aria, also a good few chapters are basically Rick Riordan's writing so credits to him.
