April Madison is the Alpha of the Dark Lycan pack, which is the biggest pack in the world. For April being a girl, she had to work extremely hard into getting to where she is now. Living up to her title and reputation, she has been called a lot of names, including ruthless and heartless. She thinks that she won't find her mate because of all she has done in the past. But April thinks again when she literally stumbles into the Omega of her pack. Alec James is the Omega, the lowest rank you could be in a pack, other than slave. He isn't treated badly, but isn't treated the greatest either. He mostly goes unnoticed around the pack and its people, but there are those people how push him around and use their rank to overrule him into doing something. Alec tried his hardest to avoid Alpha April because he is slightly scared of her. He has seen the things she has done to Rouges to get them to talk, or when times we were attacked and how ruthless she was. He runs away from her, and tried to hide, but having to follow basically everyone's demands, he didn't make it too far.
