Through Chaos and Order follows main character Amora Young, a woman whose quirk causes her to have a split personality of hero and villain. Her leading personality or identity "Order" has the ability to heal and purify through personal contact, while her "Chaos" identity can inflict devastating damage on not only the environment, but to individuals. Lacking the strength or knowledge to control Chaos, Amora chooses to conceal her dark stance and proceed as if her aptitude was nonexistent. Upon getting involved in conflict and allowing her infernal personality to get provoked to the point of dissociation, Amora gains the attention of the League of Villains and is compelled to seek aid from an old friend. Her said friend brings her case to Principal Nezu of the UA Hero Academy, where he not only agrees to shelter her, but becomes fascinated by her and assigns her to the care of a familiar Shouta Aizawa for further training and research. Follow Amora in her journey of understanding her quirk, and struggles of capturing Aizawa's heart.
