Anyway, since this story is about Lucas#2, he refers to Lucas#1 as coming from the OTHER world (other than his world). Thus, he is being addressed as 'Lucas of the other world' or 'other world's Lucas', (sometimes jerk, bastard, etc., but aren't all Lucases?). - 'Lucas of the PARALLEL world' and 'Lucas of the OTHER world' are nomenclatures from the novel and we did not make this up.
