Sapnap and Karl lived happily together in the kingdom of Corinth until a war caused Sapnap to be banished. After 13 years, the two are reunited, and slowly realize that time has changed both them and the very nature of their friendship. They begin the new chapter of their lives, but problems of the past have come back to haunt them, and within the castle walls lies a deep dark secret that no one would ever suspect. Sapnap is a psychology student who has been allowed to work into a mental hospital for a few months so to gather the informations he needs to write his final thesis. The building is very large, with dozens of patients with different mental illnesses and peculiar behavior for him to study. Several are here by their own choice, wishing to get better and re-enter society, but some... are forced to stay, for they are a danger to others and themselves.
