Tall and masculine Izuku is a abused and shamed by his owner, in attempt to run away he runs into Katsuki, what will Katsuki do when he sees a large man running after a small Neko? But not only running, cursing and holding a weapon? What will Izuku do when he runs into Katsuki? Katsuki is a Yuuei student, his goal to become a pro hero, even as All Mights Successor. How will he improve his quirk? Not only are Nekos rare. Only 0.5% of the population are nekos, jus to see a Neko is extremely rare, they're usually encaged and used at test subjects, or even kept in zoos. So the Neko population has dropped expediently and is very close to extinction. Nekos are humans with cat characteristics. Ears, tail, heats, senses, agility, flexibility and ect.

Izuku being born quirk less was criticized and called useless . He was constantly tormented by others including his family who usually threw him out of home until midnight. But that changed when he got a red scarf. He would allow you to touch it and admire it but the line drew when you tried to steal it away from him. Not even All Might dared take his scarf for fear what might befall him.

Suicide warning izuku was always a happy kid but when he was diagnosed quirkless, it all changed. bullying/beatings from friends, family, and teachers.
