*Prequel of the Amor Fati Series* Sixteen years ago in Gharash, Sindri began his pursuit towards power for Taryn by beginning with an alliance with Eadburga. Sindri having earned an alliance with Eadburga by offering Ragna's hand in marriage to Aelfgar, Sindri believes things will improve for Taryn, but Aelfgar is reluctant and Ragna isn't supportive of Sindri's desire for more power. With Ragna and Aelfgar against him, Sindri finds solace in Hrafn. Hrafn, who at the time, was escaping Guanting's murderous intent in Jiahao. The two return to Taryn and live relatively peacefully until Sindri returns to Eadburga for the birth of his nephew where things go awry between Sindri, Aelfgar, and Ragna, causing bad blood between the three and revenges to be sworn.
