Modern-day Spot is on vacation in Italy, when a certain singer on the street catches his attention. One that has a pretty voice and a cute smile. One who is singing a song meant for two. And it just so happens that he knows this song. In short, this is a cute little love story between one Spot Conlon and one Racetrack Higgins. So ... what happens? How do they meet?
