Luz was known as unique for being the only human in the Boiling Isles... but that wasn't true. She was unique, yes, however, she wasn't human. She drank the blood from living creatures but struggled the keep it a secret after being trapped for 2 years. Will she be able to keep her secret while still being able to enjoy the taste of blood? Amity's life has only gotten harder as the years went by, but her love for Luz has grown. She begins sneaking out to hang out with Luz and escape the hard life at home. She gets to the point where she will do anything for Luz... and that means anything. Given the fact the story takes place two years later, the characters are mostly portrayed in their beta forms, but still have a bit of their canon characters built in. Four years had passed since the death of Manny Noceda. Their mom, Camila, was struggling to get by, never home and constantly in and out of the hospital taking up shifts, the youngest daughter, Luz, was barely ever able to keep out of trouble at school and struggled to fit in, and the oldest, Lucía, was in constant arguments with her mom until she finally packed up all of her things in the night and ran away from home six months ago. The only thing left behind was a letter with the words "I'm making this house worse and worse" written in it. Now, Luz attending a "Reality Check Summer Camp" was supposed to make everything better, everything normal. But after running off that bus to camp to chase after her one prized possession, her Good Witch Azura book, one thing led to another and now she had ended up in some old, isolated, and hidden town named the "Boiling Isles." Everything had changed since the death of their papá. Balancing guilt, trying to conform, broken relationships, and more, it felt impossible. There were lies, secrets, and entire lives hidden from one another, and it was only a matter of time before something or someone finally unraveled it all. "I'll never be good enough for you," she said.

Luz Noceda loves nature. Every so often she would go to a local forest and just goes hiking for hours at a time at most. She would often stop and admire the scenery. Or encounter a mountain creature. But one of these encounters might just be the best or the most dangerous one of her life. Their meeting leads to an adventure as they try to find the answer to all the stuff that's suddenly happening to them. As they try to find the end to an unfinished history between humans and demons.

A Lumity au where Luz has been in the isles for a couple months. She listened to more of Eda's teachings, opting to be careful about what she did. When she took a short walk into the woods, everything changed. Her life completely changed direction, and she's forced to figure it out one paw at a time. A warning, this fanfic doesn't follow the canon. Luz hasn't made any connections apart from Eda and King. Personalities of characters might be tweaked. NO SMUT. Come on guys they are 14. However, for this fanfic they are aged up to 16. No change in character dynamics, Luz just found the portal at 16 instead. Also, blood/gore and language warning. No matter which perspective Amelia seemed to look at her from, she couldn't for the life of her guess what this new girl was thinking or feeling, which does not make Amelia happy. She can usually figure people out within a few minutes but this girl would definitely be a challenge. This thought sends a wave of excitement through her body and she bites her lip out of anticipation.

After catching up with almost everyone, her friends invite her to a concert of one of the most popular bands in the Boiling Isles. So, what are the odds that her crush is the lead singer of the band? And what are the greater odds that she gets the chance to be the band's drummer?
