When police attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver sped off which resulted in a highspeed chase and multiple Heroes getting involved, including Pro Hero Shoto. "I was on my daily jog when I heard tires screeching," Brandon Davidson, a bystander who was present at the time of the accident states. "I turned to see what it was and I saw a car flipping and flying through the air. It landed on some other cars, but I couldn't really see much more than that." Reports say that Shoto's car spun out of control, and hit the villain's vehicle. Luckily there were no casualties, however, there were severe injuries. The villain's identity is still unknown, and it's believed they were thrown from the car and into the bay beneath the bridge. They are believed to be dead, and searches for their body are still underway.
