You had moved to Mystic Falls only a year ago and became friends with the Mystic Falls gang even though you were human. On a night you are kidnapped by Kai, and even though you think he just wants you for leverage, he comes to tell you a lot about your own family history than you know yourself. He says he doesn't want to kill you, but that you are somehow connected to the winner of the merge.

Drowning, stabbing, choking, he had tried every possible way. Killing, is the only thing this sociopath likes but what if that could change? Kai Parker is a psychopath or a sociopath or both actually. The thing is, I didn't know anything about him, nor about a supernatural things that were happening right under my nose. I knew nothing until one day I got stabbed by him and ended up in a hospital and met his sister. And instead of running away from their lives, I found myself more intertwined than ever. I probably should have known better. He is a monster with no remorse, no emotions and zero percent guilt. And loving a monster has consequences itself.
