Both boys to develop powerful quirks and become their fathers masterpieces like their oldest brother Touya who would soon be pushed aside when the twins develop their quirks. Rei goes mentally unstable, two of her children had ran away and are now missing and won't be found until several years later. Who were the two that ran away? What happened to them when they did run? What will happen when they become part of the league of villains? What will happen when they are caught by heroes?
