Emperors like to be special and unique. They prefer to be in their own domain and don't enjoy a 'friendly' competition. What do you expect once they meet and arbitrarily start to talk? Well, nothing short of a nuclear blast. There is a race to conquer--land, power, and hearts. Who will be victorious? The Tsar or the Kaiser?
