Unfortunately, he was an exceptionally well gifted student so he is in an advanced class. Once you realized that Chuuya was actually good friends with Dazai, you two made a promise: that Chuuya helps your relationship with Dazai, hopefully making it successful while Chuuya- well he really had no promises, it was more like a command from you.
