Lena Grimes is the nineteen-year-old daughter of Rick Grimes-beautiful, feisty, and never afraid to speak her mind. With long black hair, stormy grey eyes, and a stubborn streak that could rival her father's, Lena has always known how to get herself into trouble. But where Rick tries to keep her safe with rules, Shane Walsh protects her with everything he has. Shane has been Rick's best friend since school, which means he has watched Lena grow up. He knows when she is lying, when she is hurting, and when she is about to do something reckless. No matter how many times she pushes limits, talks back, or gets herself into danger, Shane is always there-standing beside her, defending her, and taking her side even when she is completely wrong. He cares about her more than he should. He wants her safe. He wants her happy. When the world falls apart and the dead start walking, Lena learns that survival means trusting the people willing to fight for you. But with danger everywhere, emotions running high, and Shane's protectiveness growing stronger by the day, Lena begins to wonder if what they have is more than loyalty. In a world full of monsters, Shane Walsh may be the one person Lena trusts most. And he will do anything to protect her.

On the day the outbreak began, Lena Grimes was in her room listening to music, completely unaware that the world outside was falling apart. She had her headphones on, trying to block everything out like any normal 19-year-old would. At first, the shouting outside sounded like another argument, another siren, another normal bad day. But then the noises changed. The screams got louder. Cars crashed. People ran through the streets. Lena pulled off her headphones and looked out the window, seeing people attacking each other in ways that did not make sense. She did not know they were walkers yet. She only knew something was horribly wrong. This story will not follow the TV Show.

My name is Kitten, and I'm 22 years old. One minute, I was sitting in my apartment watching The Walking Dead, shaking my head at every bad choice they made. I kept thinking about how different things would be if I was there. What I would wear. What weapons I would carry. Who I would save. Who would not even last five seconds if they tried me. Then the lights blinked. Once. Twice. And everything went dark. When I opened my eyes again, I wasn't in my apartment anymore. I was in Atlanta. But I wasn't thrown in blind. My weapons were with me. My badass car was parked nearby, packed full of supplies and everything I would need to survive. And that wasn't all. A note was sitting on the dash. *Here is your chance. Change what you want. Save who you want. Destroy who you want. Have fun with your powers.* The dead were walking, the world had fallen apart, and somehow, I had been thrown straight into the show I thought I knew so well. But this time, things were going to be different. Because I knew what was coming. And I had claws.

My name is Josie, and I'm not exactly normal. The women in my family have always possessed powerful abilities, but mine are stronger than anyone expected. I can do more than I ever thought possible, and no matter how much power I use, I never get tired. So, naturally, I decided to use my abilities to jump into the universe of *The Walking Dead*. I already know how the story is supposed to go, but I'm not interested in standing back and watching everyone suffer. I'm here to change things, save lives, and cause a little chaos along the way. The best part? Walkers can't come within twenty feet of me. As I travel through this dangerous new world, I meet Rick Grimes, Shane Walsh, Daryl Dixon, and the rest of their group. They don't know where I came from, what I'm capable of, or how much I already know about their future. The story may belong to them, but now that I'm here, everything is about to change.

When the world fell to the dead, Wren Vale learned fast that mercy would get her killed. For almost three years, Lingara Valehart survived the apocalypse by doing what others would call impossible---hiding instead of fighting, running instead of standing her ground, and refusing to let the world harden her heart. While others became stronger, colder, and deadlier, she remained soft. And somehow, she survived. What Lingara doesn't know is that somewhere along the way, two mesmerizing bluish eyes of a quiet hunter with a crossbow began watching from the shadows. Seren doesn't belong in this world, although she didn't belong in her old one either. She knows how the story ends, the way the cards are stacked and the way the chips will fall, but she cannot resist trying. Seren is awkward, too formal, too aware in a painful way that she cannot help. Daryl Dixon is a surprise to her. She knows his character, his story, but not the man himself. He doesn't ask her to change. Doesn't question the way she speaks, the way she thinks- doesn't look at her like she's wrong. He just... understands. S1,S2- Done. S3 in progress
