By no logical reason would Logan (logic) and Patton (Morality) ever be considered friends let alone anything more than that. In high school people stick to their own groups: nerds or geeks, jocks, musicians, artists, skateboarders, you name it! Nobody ever breaks form their group and mingles with another. Logan is one said geek, although, he never really talks to others much and would much prefer to be reading or conducting one of his many experiments. Patton is one of, if not the, nicest kid in school. He's the one always sitting at the long table at lunch happily asking you to donate your extra change to whatever charity was decided for that day. He only had a few close friends, but people tend to flock to him because of his cheerful personality. What happens when these two completely opposite people start to spend some time together? Auradon, it was said to be a lovely place full of kids descending from the heros and princesses of Disney royalty. This is where we meet prince Roman who is supposed to be betrothed to a princess and rule as king, and Patton who is not what he seems. Despite not being biological brothers, Roman and Patton grew up as if they were blood brothers. On the other side of this magical kingdom and across a magical bridge, is a land called the isle of the lost where two boys by the names of Virgil and Logan live. Logan as the son of Hades and Virgil as the son of Maleficent are the most notorious villain kids on the isle. As the result of their parents' past, they are seen as powerful and to never be messed with despite everyone knowing very little about them. One day, Patton proposes an idea to bring the previously mentioned vk's to the isle. Upon much persuasion (and a bit of his famous cookies) Patton convinces Roman, the king, and the queen to let Logan and Virgil transfer to Auradon. What will happen when secrets unravel and lives are forever changed.

One introvert plus one extrovert and a quarantine order forcing them to stay in an apartment for a unknown amount of time is a recipe for disaster. Or so Virgil thinks. He's a quiet college student who lives an apartment close to campus because he rather not risk random placement. When his friend is looking for another roommate he gracefully accepts. After almost two years of living with the same people, he has some strong opinions. One of those is how much he dislikes Roman. Now he's stuck with him in a three bedroom apartment and he doesn't even have the buffers there to prevent arguments. After a few weeks, though is he truly feeling the same way? Has he always hated Roman or was he just trying to avoid his actual feelings about his roommate? *This is a AU that has to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine situation, it won't have anything too bad about the disease but it will have mentions of it. They are also in college so there might be adult situations and mentions of alcohol. The black stain on your body is supposed to bring you to your eternal partner, or soulmate. It symbolizes where this person will touch you on your body when you meet for the first time. Unfortunately, Virgil has always been bullied for the black stain permanently stuck on his lips. It has brought him nothing but teasing and pain throughout his life. Others assume it is black lipstick at first, and then become aware it never comes off. This new information causes rumors to spread. Roman has always hidden the black stain that is barely visible on the palm of his hand. He has let only his closest friends see it. It too has brought suffering to him. A mark so light on easy to reach places like hands or arms usually means you'll brush past your soulmate in a crowd. For those stuck with this curse, they often times never meet the one meant for them. Patton has rarely ever seen his stain. The only reason he knew it existed was from infancy. His parents had told him it was on the top of his head in the shape of a hand. However, the bubbly male looses faith as he has never seen his own mark and doubts his soulmate would even realize it if they touched. Logan has never been good at emotions or understanding them. During the better part of his life, he worried about maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life. But he feels something is missing, or rather, someone. As he matures, Logan begins to worry that the stain covering his entire palm would turn out to be him physically harming his soulmate. Along with that comes the fear of missing his partner. It was his dominant hand, after all. He did everything with it.
