Grian is one of three top tier admins, and he's always stayed hidden. That is, until he finds the server Hermitcraft and all is revealed. Just a little more in detail then one might like.

Grian's life was shattered into a million pieces a long time ago. So long ago, he didn't know whether it was ever even whole. When he joined Hermitcraft after running away from the Watchers, it was starting to come together, until season eight began and his life was thrown into chaos. The Watchers were there, and he didn't even know if they were good or bad anymore. He didn't know who to be scared of. And he was forced to question everything in silence, finding refuge only in his magic. And unfortunately for him, things don't always go the way he might have expected - not that he really had any expectations, anyway. There is some mild swearing. Season 7 had started a couple of months ago and yet Grian kept on having nightmares about a destroyed server engulfed in purple flames since the day he stepped in the new world. At first he didn't pay much attention to them and tried to forget the ghosts of his past but when one of said ghosts crashed in the Cowmercial district asking for his help he understood that he couldn't keep on running forever, especially when his old friend's lives were being threatened by some evil beings he knew very well, because nothing is stronger than an Admin's Allegiance

A mysterious meteor with color-changing sparks lands outside of Sahara changing the hermit's lives forever. (Do I get extra points for being dramatic?) A small group of hermits gather outside to watch a meter shower and get more than they bargained for. There is more on A03 Wattpad has a chapter limit. So you don't get the Oneshots. Grian goes missing and Xisuma has a guess on who could have caused it. The past is dragged up as the other hermits try and save their friends, making some new allies along the way. hermitcraft fic, grian centric (actually it focuses a lot on everyone!
