The trolls have lived in harmony for so long, not knowing their world was a lot bigger. They find out that Barb, queen of the hard rock trolls, wants to unite the six strings of music to make rock the only music around. So Poppy, Jamie, and Branch go out to find the other trolls to warn them. Along the way, Branch has felt that he hasn't proven to Jamie how much he loves her when she has done so for him many times.
