Being imprisoned, beaten up by Quackity and yelled at by Sam each day, and his best friend had declared that if he saw him out of prison, he wouldn't hesitate to kill him and take his final life. Dream was at a dead end, trapped within an impossible to escape dark cell. His physical and mental health was skydiving as he endures more torture and abuse from his captor... until finally he was truly cornered and at his wit's end. He desperately needed to escape and the window of opportunity has come provided by his enemies themselves... But even if he had gotten out, he had nowhere to go. No one would welcome him, and he had nothing left. The whole server turned hostile against him and everyone would hunt him down, essentially stopping at nothing but to end the nightmarish tyranny and let the evil be banished from the lands of the Dream SMP. Nothing was left in his life that is even worth living... so why not let the whole server be out of his control? Let the whole damn thing burn as he watches the monstrosity of factions and kingdoms melt into pure anarchy and chaos. The server that he wished nothing but peace for would crumble into an artistic painting of a massacre.
