He was usually seen with a green jacket with purple fluff on the collar. Something about this man intrigued Shigaraki. At the time, Shigaraki didn't think it was wrong, but he started following the man. Taking pictures of him when he got the chance. To Shigaraki, the man looked perfect. He followed the man around, but one day, he finds out that this man isn't just a pretty face.
