Fortunately he was defeated after a long fight by Spiderman. After the battle, however there was never news or sight or anything about Venom. As some traces of the symbiote were taken by Cadmus and used to create an artificial Symbiote and having it to be forcefully bonded with a young kid that was kidnapped and used as an involuntarily test experiment by them. This experiment was dubbed "Project Anti-Venom".

The universe is always changing some would say. There are countless people out there doing whatever they need just to live day by day. There is one man, however, who lives that way currently but knows about what lies at the end of the road for the universe. He claims to just be a traveler across the cosmos. But is that the truth? Taking place shortly before the ending of Hotline Miami 2 Wrong Number. Throughout the city of Miami, people were in a panic after the emergency broadcast announced that a nuclear war with Russia is imminent. As a result, people were running to safety or spending their last moments with family, but some have accepted their fate. Inside of a prison was one of these individuals, a man named (Y/N) or as most people called him Jacket. While he was sitting on the bed in his jail cell, he gets a visit from a "old friend", who offers him a second chance in a different world, where the supernatural are more prevalent especially in the town of Kuoh where a certain group of devils resides. While (Y/N) was still in thought, ??? asked him... ???: "So what do you say, (Y/N)?"
