A canon divergence Killing Game AU. What if Miu managed not to be killed by Gonta? And then chase after Kokichi when his plan failed? And Miu, Kokichi and Gonta all got out of the VR together for shit to go down... An AU where case 4 never happened but instead an unlikely trio that will be the new killing game busters... Will this be interesting, I wonder? Puhuhuhu. Miu, Kokichi and Gonta are my favourite trio. I BROT3 them so much because Miu and Gonta are people who are actually Kokichi's allies even if he doesn't trust people all that much with the inventions and bodyguard. Also I love their interactions although Miu and Gonta together are a little lacking... but really... just love em. I just want better for them, really.

After the killing game has ended, it's discovered that the sixteen students have been in comas for the past three years. They were put into a virtual world for three years to stimulate their brains, however the killing game was the result of an inside job within the coma ward, and was televised to the world by the footage being rerouted to a channel. The 'Danganronpa' games have been around for a while, and is run by an undisclosed group (obviously). The group runs this show illegality, however unlike the other 51 games, no one actually died... since they were in comas in a virtual world. Shuichi and the others who survived to the end, have all woken up, whilst many others who died. The only ones who are awake that died in game includes: Kaede, Rantaro, Ryoma, and Kirumi. Once they FINALLY start to adjust to living life again, they are thrust into the fifty fourth Danganronpa game.
