It started to happen just by the first glance. My Mom always told me I'll have to grow the hell up sometime, I guess this is growing up. I never wanted anyone more than I wanted her, when one night turned into two nights, then all the sudden we woke up tangled together I knew I was a goner. I needed her, I needed everything about her. Proving I was good enough for her was the only thing I was worried about. I have Daddy issues. Mine wasn't around much, I mean like he's around just didn't give a crap about my brother or me. I'm not close to my Mother either so I guess I have Mommy issues too. I'm just a big blob of issues, I don't do commitments because of this. I've worked my ass off in school to be where I'm at now, and I don't need a man to mess any of that up. I'm not a slut, I just know what I want, and a relationship is not that. Then I had one night with him, that one night changed my entire life, it quickly moved into two nights then we were basically together all the time. Finding Happiness Spinoff - Cole When I was 19, I knocked up the wrong woman. Trying to do the right thing for my unborn son I married her. Two more kids later, I realized who she really was after catching her at our youngest son's t-ball game with another dude. The healing process was a piece of cake, her not allowing me to see my kids was a pain I will never go through again. Even with all of this going on my best friend was there for me. It may have taken me 14 years to realize this is the girl of my dreams. They're right when they say good things come in time. He's always been my best friend, watching him hurt not being able to see the beautiful children he helped create broke my heart. I stayed by his side, helped him and was just there for him every second I could be. The Weaver family has been my second family forever, there was no way I wouldn't be there. It also didn't help that I've had a massive crush on this gorgeous man since I was 11 years old that only grew to full on butterflies every time he spoke to me by the time I was 15. I've never expected to ever end up with him, the universe had other plans.

I fought it as long as possible, but after a drunk one-night with her I knew I couldn't fight off the need to be with her any longer. I was going to slowly make her mine. Finding her was my saving grace. A stupid relationship at 18 with an abusive guy let me with nothing but bad thoughts about men and a little boy to take care of. The moment I found him, was the moment I knew my future was decided. I wasn't ready for anything, and being a single Mom wasn't appealing.
